LCHF POTICA z različnimi nadevi – brez moke in dodanega sladkorja

Vedno več se nas v prehrani izogiba žitnim mokam in dodanemu sladkorju ter se prehranjuje po načelih LCHF-prehrane (prehrane z malo ogljikovimi hidrati in veliko maščobami). Velikonočni prazniki nam s svojimi dobrotami ne predstavljajo prav posebne težave, saj s slastjo uživamo v jajcih, šunki, klobasah in hrenu.

Kaj pa pravite na to, da bi letos poskusili tudi potico? LCHF potico z različnimi nadevi sva za vas pripravila s pomočjo naravnih sladil brez kJ/kcal in drugih izdelkov Sukrin.

Testo lahko pripravite po enem izmed receptov v nadaljevanju. Čokoladnega priporočava pri kokosovi potici, čeprav se prileže k vsakemu nadevu.

Osnovno testo

300 g kremnega sira (npr. Philadelphia)
3 jajca
100 g stopljenega masla
150 g razmaščene mandljeve moke Sukrin
50 g razmaščene kokosove moke Sukrin (ali 100 g mletih mandljev)
100 g sladila Sukrin
40 g indijskega trpotca
1 pecilni prašek


Z električnim mešalnikom premešamo kremni sir, jajca in stopljeno maslo, nato postopno dodajamo mešanico suhih sestavin. Testo z rokami zgnetemo v kroglo in ga za eno uro shranimo v hladilnik, nato ga razvaljamo v pravokotno obliko, debelo ca. pol cm. Pri valjanju si pomagamo s prozorno plastično folijo za živila, ki jo položimo pod testo in nad njega. Daljša stranica testa naj bo dolga ca. 28 cm.

Čokoladno testo

300 g kremnega sira (npr. Philadelphia)
3 jajca
100 g stopljenega masla
150 g razmaščene mandljeve moke Sukrin
20 g kakava v prahu
100 g mletih mandljev
100 g sladila Sukrin
40 g indijskega trpotca
1 pecilni prašek

Orehov nadev

400 g mletih orehov
10 žlic sladila Sukrin Gold
120 ml tekoče sladke smetane
120 ml vode
1 žlica ruma
1 beljak po želji


Vodo, rum in sladko smetano segrejemo do vretja, prelijemo čez mlete orehe, premešane s sladilom Sukrin Gold in dobro premešamo. Na koncu dodamo beljakov sneg (lahko tudi izpustimo).

Makov nadev

400 g mletega maka
400 ml sladke smetane
5 žlic sladila Sukrin Melis
3 jajca
1 žlica indijskega trpotca ali 3 žlice razmaščene mandljeve moke Sukrin


Na kuhalnik pristavimo kozico s smetano, makom in sladilom Sukrin Melis. Zavremo in na zmernem ognju med konstantnim mešanjem počasi kuhamo približno 15 minut. Ko se mak zmehča, odstavimo in pustimo, da se ohladi. Ohlajenemu primešamo jajca in indijski trpotec ali mandljevo moko.

Kokosov nadev

500 ml sladke smetane
500 g grobe kokosove moke
100-150 g sladila Sukrin
3 jajca
1 žlica ruma po želji


Rumenjake in sladilo Sukrin penasto umešamo. Dodamo kokosovo moko in segreto sladko smetano (po želji še rum). Na koncu primešamo beljakov sneg.

Čokoladni nadev

500 ml sladke smetane
500 g grobe kokosove moke
80 g mlečne čokolade Sukrin
1 žlica nesladkanega kakava
2 žlici sladila Sukrin Melis
3 jajca


Sladko smetano segrejemo, odstavimo, v njej raztopimo mlečno čokolado Sukrin ter primešamo kakav in sladilo Sukrin Melis. Dodamo kokosovo moko, premešamo in na koncu umešamo še jajca.

1 rumenjak
1 žlička kisle smetane
1 žlica sladila Sukrin Melis

Peka potice:

Nadev naložimo na razvaljano testo, ki ga s pomočjo plastične folije ali papirja za peko tesno zvijemo. Potico damo v ožji pekač z daljšo stranico ca. 28 cm, ki smo ga obložili s papirjem za peko. Potico pritisnemo ob dno pekača. Pečemo pri 175 °C približno 40 minut (po 20 minutah premažemo z mešanico rumenjaka in kisle smetane). Ohlajeno potico posujemo s sladilom Sukrin Melis.
